Vianna Stibal founded ThetaHealing & THInK with the focus of bringing ThetaHealers® together to be able to learn, share, and grow. For over 20 years, Vianna and the THInK team have been focused on sharing ThetaHealing with the world and inspiring others with unconditional love through the Creator of All That Is.

Vianna is responsible for managing our company's overall operations. Including delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing our company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with our board.
Vianna is one of the most remarkable people you will meet. She is the Founder of the ThetaHealing Technique and the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge. She is a loving mother, grandmother, boss, and friend. Vianna is dedicated to sharing this life changing technique with anyone ready to learn. She travels internationally every year to bring ThetaHealing to the hearts of as many people as she can. In between traveling, she writes books and develops new seminars to make sure the information she receives from the Creator is available and accessible to everyone. Vianna is an artist and loves to paint when she can

Guy Stibal
Guy a dual role that combines the functions of chief executive and manager. Designing, and implementing policies to promote our company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep ThetaHealing on track
Guy is Vianna’s husband. Before the ThetaHealing Technique was created, Guy lived a life of Ranching. His experience with Ranching has instilled a work ethic and a driven attitude that moves the ThetaHealing Technique seminars forward. Compiling and updating new information from Vianna for manuals and books shows his commitment to spread this work. Along with these many other duties, Guy travels as a companion with Vianna to every seminar she teaches. In his spare time, his passion for fine craftsmanship has led him to become a truly magnificent swords maker.

Bobbi Lott
Bobbi is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of ThetaHealing. Bobbi is Vianna’s oldest daughter who has been part of the ThetaHealing Technique since its conception. She oversees tracking cash
flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in
the company's finances and overseeing
all aspects of our financial success. Her steadfast and supportive attitude has helped keep the ThetaHealing technique moving forward with every passing year.
She is the one who handles all business matters for THInK and prides herself in making sure the office runs as smoothly
as possible. Outside of work Bobbi is a dedicated and loving mother.

Brandy Lott
Brandy is responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase ThetaHealing around the world. She is also responsible for all internal IT operations. Brandy is Vianna’s youngest daughter who loves being a mother and spending time with family. Despite heavy workloads and tedious daily tasks, she always does her best to show everyone kindness. Her eagerness to support and deep love for this work help keep her focus on the individual needs of everyone who has dealings with our office. She does whatever she can to help, she assists in making the environment in our office one of love and accomplishment. As of 2018 Brandy has joined Vianna in certifying instructors in the ThetaHealing technique.

Jenaleighia Friesen
Jena, also known as Jenaleighia, is often the first friendly voice you hear at ThetaHealing Headquarters. The granddaughter of Vianna Stibal, she’s been part of the ThetaHealing family her whole life. With a warm heart, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others, Jena supports students and instructors around the world. She’s also an EMT working toward her MA certification, blending medical and spiritual healing. Outside of HQ, she loves family time, travel, and the outdoors.

Dawn has excellent people skills along with the dedication and drive to assist all of our students and teachers with any of their needs. Dawn is the friendly voice you will be greeted with when you call the office. Her in-depth knowledge of the technique will support and help your questions. Dawn looks forward to our summer seminars to meet new faces. Dawn is know as our Director of First Impressions. Dawn is a loving mother and wife and enjoys spending time with her family.

Prisila Lohmann
Prisila brings grace, global insight, and laser-sharp focus to her role at ThetaHealing Headquarters. Originally from Mexico and now based in Montana, she supports online events, instructor communications, and complex student needs with clarity and compassion. A certified instructor herself, Prisila traveled with Vianna as her personal assistant and brings years of experience into everything she does. With a background in both athletics and the arts, she blends structure and soul—and is proof that happiness really is a choice.

Karla is the heart and flavor of ThetaHealing Headquarters. Originally from Mexico, she found her way to Montana through a ThetaHealing seminar—and never left. A certified instructor and incredible cook, Karla brings joy, nourishment, and vibrant energy to every part of the day. She assists behind the scenes, supports events, and offers love through everything she does. Her personal healing journey and passion for ThetaHealing inspire all who meet her. She believes in showing up with heart—and maybe dessert, too.

Rachel brings clarity, consistency, and care to her role at ThetaHealing Headquarters. She manages the instructor dashboard, course materials, and essential communications—making sure instructors around the world have what they need to succeed. With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service, Rachel is known for her calm presence, thoughtful organization, and the quiet strength she brings to the team each day.

Brennan Lott, husband of Bobbi Lott, is a steady and reliable presence in the ThetaHealing family. Whether it’s lending a hand with shipping, helping on the Stibal farm, or jumping in wherever support is needed, Brennan brings a grounded, can-do attitude to everything he does. His quiet dedication and willingness to help behind the scenes make a big difference—especially during busy seminar seasons and on the land that holds so much of the work's energy.

Christopher Lott, husband of Brandy Lott, has been a key part of ThetaHealing for over 20 years. From videography to landscaping, his dedication to learning and doing whatever’s needed has helped bring Vianna’s vision for the Event Center to life. While he runs his own company, Christopher continues to support Brandy and the ThetaHealing community behind the scenes—always ready to lend a hand wherever he’s needed. If you want something done fast, right, and beautiful—Chris is the guy.

Known for his strong work ethic and steady presence, Andy helps keep the land thriving alongside his family.
