Vianna Stibal founded ThetaHealing & THInK with the focus of bringing ThetaHealers® together to be able to learn, share, and grow. For over 20 years, Vianna and the THInK team have been focused on sharing ThetaHealing with the world and inspiring others with unconditional love through the Creator of All That Is.

Vianna is responsible for managing our company's overall operations. Including delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing our company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with our board.
Vianna is one of the most remarkable people you will meet. She is the Founder of the ThetaHealing Technique and the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge. She is a loving mother, grandmother, boss, and friend. Vianna is dedicated to sharing this life changing technique with anyone ready to learn. She travels internationally every year to bring ThetaHealing to the hearts of as many people as she can. In between traveling, she writes books and develops new seminars to make sure the information she receives from the Creator is available and accessible to everyone. Vianna is an artist and loves to paint when she can

Guy Stibal
Guy a dual role that combines the functions of chief executive and manager. Designing, and implementing policies to promote our company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep ThetaHealing on track
Guy is Vianna’s husband. Before the ThetaHealing Technique was created, Guy lived a life of Ranching. His experience with Ranching has instilled a work ethic and a driven attitude that moves the ThetaHealing Technique seminars forward. Compiling and updating new information from Vianna for manuals and books shows his commitment to spread this work. Along with these many other duties, Guy travels as a companion with Vianna to every seminar she teaches. In his spare time, his passion for fine craftsmanship has led him to become a truly magnificent swords maker.

Bobbi Lott
Bobbi is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of ThetaHealing. Bobbi is Vianna’s oldest daughter who has been part of the ThetaHealing Technique since its conception. She oversees tracking cash
flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in
the company's finances and overseeing
all aspects of our financial success. Her steadfast and supportive attitude has helped keep the ThetaHealing technique moving forward with every passing year.

Chief technology officer (CTO) KINDNESS COACH
Brandy Lott
Brandy is responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase ThetaHealing around the world. She is also responsible for all internal IT operations. Brandy is Vianna’s youngest daughter who loves being a mother and spending time with family. Despite heavy workloads and tedious daily tasks, she always does her best to show everyone kindness. Her eagerness to support and deep love for this work help keep her focus on the individual needs of everyone who has dealings with our office. She does whatever she can to help, she assists in making the environment in our office one of love and accomplishment. As of 2018 Brandy has joined Vianna in certifying instructors in the ThetaHealing technique.

Joshua develops, plans, and implements an information strategy that meets ThetaHealing’s growing needs, and delivers optimal return on our investments while maintaining the utmost security. Joshua
is Vianna's son. As of 2018 Joshua has
joined Vianna in certifying instructors in
the ThetaHealing technique, assisted by
his wife Raena Stibal.

Raena works with the CIO to develop, plan and implement information strategy that meets ThetaHealing’s growing needs, and delivers optimal return on our investments while maintaining the utmost security. Raena is Vianna's daughter-in-law. As of 2018 she started assisting her husband Joshua with teaching ThetaHealing instructor seminars.

Jenaleighia Friesen
Jenaleighia has been a part of ThetaHealing her whole life. She is the Granddaughter of Vianna Stibal. Her passion for learning has made her a perfect fit in the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge. She is an EMT and working hard towards her MA certification. Working to bring medical and spiritual together. She has a very outgoing personality and brings a sense of laughter wherever she is. She loves to spend time with her family, travel and play outdoors.

Dawn has excellent people skills along with the dedication and drive to assist all of our students and teachers with any of their needs. Dawn is the friendly voice you will be greeted with when you call the office. Dawn is Vianna’s daughter-in-law. Her in-depth knowledge of the technique will support and help your questions. Dawn looks forward to our summer seminars to meet new faces. Dawn is know as our Director of First Impressions. Dawn is a loving mother and wife and enjoys spending time with her family.

Christopher Lott
Christopher is a genuinely skilled individual,
and is our “behind the scenes” man who gets things done. No matter what project He works on, he helps ThetaHealing grow. Christopher is Vianna’s son-in-law. He enjoys riding his dirt bike, the outdoors, and time with his family. Chris prides himself in making ThetaHealing Headquarters and Atanaha your home away from home.

Brennan Lott
Brennan is a guy you can always count on to get the job done. He is dedicated to helping out anywhere he is needed. He prides himself on making sure everything is done. Brennan is Vianna’s son-in-law. His passion for cooking makes him a great assistant to our chef in the kitchen during seminars in the summer. He helps around Atanaha Event Center as well as Stibal Homestead Ranch. Brennan enjoys chariot racing, fishing, cooking and spending time with his family.
