新年に向けた 3 つのリストのアプローチ

When we manifest, we can have different styles of manifesting lists. We need to make sure every year counts.  Using this approach to manifesting will help you focus your subconscious to create what you desire.

Life List

This list is for your whole life.  This is everything that you want to accomplish in the next few years.  This is your everything list, everything that you ever wanted.  If you want to travel the world, and go to every single country, and see everything that there is to see, put it on this list.  If you want to make sure that you, your children, and your family are completely taken care of, you would put it on this list.  Your life list is your long-term list and you can add to this list anytime.

Yearly List

This is your list that you want to accomplish during the next year.  When you create this list, you will want to have 20-100 things on it. You can manifest new clothes, a new house, a new office, more clients, your most compatible soulmate all go on this list. The key is to write it down.  Write down the improvements that you want to make in your life.  Always improve things and leave them better than we found them.  Once this list is complete, you need to make sure that you have 2 copies of it.  One copy of the list you are tuck away in your drawer, the other copy you are going to burn, or foldup and tear into little pieces. The copy that you put in your drawer you don’t look at again until the end of the year.  Sometimes people manifest over and over everything again, and after a while they are just manifesting and not letting it happen. It is best to let things happen, and it is kind of fun that way. When you look at it again at the end of the year you will see just how much you are able to accomplish.  When you burn the copy of the list, we respect that one year has changed and it sends the new energy up to the universe to help start creating what you want to manifest in the beginning of the new year.

Action List

This is a list of everything that you have to do, the things that need to be accomplished in the next week or two.  This is considered your working list, and can have things from your yearly or life list. Everything that you have to do is written on this list.  You should write everything down on a list or in a journal (mine is little red book) to that your subconscious is manifesting, and it will have something new and extra to manifest.  As soon as you check something off the list that has been completed, add 5 more things you would like to manifest for.

Keep your list updated and continually manifest.  I have found that if I don’t have at least 5 things on my list to manifest, then my list starts to add its own complications, just to keep me busy.  So I am constantly manifesting to keep me busy and I always have plenty to do.  And if I have plenty to do, it happens.  You can share your lists with others, but sometimes people will look at you and tell you that is impossible so you can prove that it can be done.  If you have someone in your life and you want to show your list to, and they believe in you, that is great. Sometimes it is good to keep your list private also.
