Rachel- Speech Challenges to Speaking Hope

From Speech Challenges to Speaking Hope

Meet the Woman Who Helps Keep It All Connected- Rachel at ThetaHealing Headquarters

Behind every newsletter, class update, and helpful “how-to” in your instructor dashboard, there’s someone quietly making sure you’re supported. That someone is Rachel—a warm, determined, behind-the-scenes powerhouse at ThetaHealing Headquarters in Bigfork, Montana.

You may not hear her voice often, but you’ve likely felt the ripple of her support.

“I’m the one helping with your newsletters, uploading teaching materials, and making sure instructors can find what they need,” Rachel shares with a bright smile. “And if you need something, I’ll always go above and beyond to get you the answer.”

A longtime member of the ThetaHealing family, Rachel first met Vianna back in Idaho, where she worked side by side with her. After a short break, she returned—and now lives and works in the heart of the community she’s known since she was 11 years old.

ThetaHealing isn’t just her job—it’s a part of her life.

“Every time I feel a belief come up, I work on it. I’ve helped in the classes and sometimes when the students are triggered… I realize I need some belief work, too!” she laughs. “It’s not just something we teach. We live it.”

Rachel’s love for the technique is deeply personal. As a child, she had a speech challenge that made it hard for others to understand her. “It was so frustrating. My brain worked faster than I could speak. But ThetaHealing helped me slow down, to find my voice. And if I can change, anyone can.”

That desire to help others drives her. Whether she’s answering a call, solving a tech issue, or uploading class guides, her heart is always in it. “If someone’s ready to grow, I want to be there for them when that moment comes.”

Outside of work, Rachel is a sunshine-seeker who lives for Montana’s summer months. “I love being outdoors—the sunshine, hiking, and lately, I’ve gotten into 5Ks! Even if I’m walking them,” she jokes. She’s also a die-hard baseball fan and adores going to Glacier Range Riders games.

But what shines most when you talk to Rachel isn’t just her reliability or love of nature—it’s her unshakable belief in people. “If you ever doubt yourself,” she says, “believe that things can change. You just have to believe in yourself and find the right person or path to guide you. Anything is possible.”

And that belief? It’s at the very core of ThetaHealing.
