A HEALER IN THE KITCHEN AND IN LIFE
Meet Karla at ThetaHealing Headquarters
Step into ThetaHealing Headquarters in Bigfork, Montana, and there’s a good chance the first thing you’ll notice is the smell of something delicious. That’s likely Karla. Whether she’s preparing lunch for a seminar or baking desserts that disappear within minutes, her energy fills the space long before you see her.
But Karla’s story runs deeper than her cooking. She’s not just the culinary heart of the headquarters—she’s also a ThetaHealing instructor, a survivor, and an embodiment of the power of transformation.
Originally from Mexico and later California, Karla moved to Montana five years ago after attending a ThetaHealing class. “I came here for class and got stuck—in the best way,” she laughs. “I fell in love with the energy, the people, and this beautiful place.”
Before that moment, Karla’s life was anything but light. In 2008, she was in a major car accident that led to multiple back surgeries, including spinal fusions. The pain never fully left—until ThetaHealing. “I had tried everything—doctors, therapy, even surgery. But nothing truly helped,” she recalls. “After taking the classes and working with Vianna, everything began to change. Now I’m pain-free.”
That healing changed her path. “ThetaHealing gave me back my life. And now I use it every day—not just for myself, but to help others.”
Karla brings that passion into every corner of her life at the headquarters. She assists the team, supports behind the scenes, and helps in any way she can. “I love doing it all. I bring my energy, my joy, and yes—my desserts!” she grins. “Everything I do, I do with love.”
A true multi-passionate soul, Karla is also a dedicated ThetaHealing instructor. She lights up when she talks about her students: “I love seeing their transformation from day one to the last day of class. It fills me with energy and reminds me of what’s possible.”
And when she’s not in the kitchen or teaching, Karla finds happiness in reading, dancing, and spending time with those she loves. Her family is mostly in California, but she has found a second family in Montana. “I love cooking for people. It’s my love language,” she says.
The newest addition to her heart? Her grandson. “He’s four months old and has brought so much light into my life. He’s a reminder of why we keep healing, growing, and loving.”
Karla’s message for others is as beautiful as her story: “Give yourself the chance to change. The more you want to shift your life, the more you’ll be motivated to work on yourself. I’ve healed my back, my relationships, my life. If I can do it, you can too.”
Whether she’s lifting a pot in the kitchen or lifting someone’s spirit in class, Karla is living proof that healing is real—and that with love, passion, and belief, anything is possible.
