Power of Thoughts

Our thoughts are powerful, shaping our lives in both positive and negative ways. Positive thoughts can enhance resilience, creativity, and motivation, allowing us to overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve our goals. They create a mindset of abundance, gratitude, and possibility, attracting positive experiences and relationships into our lives. 

On the other hand, negative thoughts can be detrimental, leading to stress, anxiety, and a sense of limitation. They can create self-doubt, hinder our progress, and manifest as physical and emotional weaknesses. By being aware of this and consciously choosing positive thoughts, we can begin to transform our reality, enhancing our overall well-being and success.

Sounds pretty easy right?

In a sense it is, every day you can consciously choose to be aware of your thoughts. If you catch yourself thinking or saying something negative, you can start training your mind to replace the negative thoughts with positive ones. I am not good enough, cancel, I am good enough, I am kind, loving. While it takes practice and a retraining of the mind, simply being aware is a crucial first step in shifting the energy you create with.

What if I constantly have the same negative thoughts?

Often our negative thoughts are influenced by our subconscious beliefs. We inherit beliefs from 4 levels:  

  • The Core Level: beliefs from this lifetime often formed as a child.
  • The Genetic Level: beliefs inherited from our ancestors and passed on through our DNA 7 generations back and forward. 
  • The History Level: any belief past 7 generations, past life memories, memories from the land, or collective consciousness experiences that we carry to the present.
  • The Soul Level: beliefs on this level are all that a person “is” and can be a combination of the previous three that may be affecting your soul.  

By shifting and clearing limiting beliefs we can influence our thoughts to create change and healing in our lives faster and long-lasting.  

How Do We Shift Beliefs?
