So we are here in the Bahamas at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram Retreat and it is amazing. The people here are wonderful. We have an amazing group of ThetaHealers® becoming Certified Instructors this week. The energy here is truly inspiring. Vianna came to the Ashram last year and this is my first year here.
There are many things that go on here at the Ashram. They do Yoga here every morning and afternoon. I have had the privilege of doing Yoga in the mornings and what a wonderful thing for the body. All participants taking Vianna’s courses are participating in the Yoga here and at the completion of Vianna’s courses they receive 2 certificates; there teaching certificate from Vianna and one from the Ashram with Yoga hours that are acknowledged by the University.
Wanted to tell all the Instructors here training and all certified Instructors to keep up the great work and thanks for honoring the work and keeping it pure. ThetaHealing continues to grow and change the lives of thousands.
